Agile battery cell production in the Karlsruhe research factory
Batteries are not only seen as an important future technology in Germany. A Swedish-German business delegation visited the wbk Institute for Production Technology to jointly discuss future challenges and trends in batteries and their manufacture. Among other things, insights were given into agile battery cell production in the Karlsruhe research factory and into the work along the entire battery value chain at the battery technology center (BATEC).
