Dieses Regelungskonzept soll exemplarisch f\u00fcr den Anwendungsfall des Au\u00dfenl\u00e4ngsdrehens von verg\u00fctetem 42CrMo4 mittels geeigneter Modellans\u00e4tze umgesetzt werden. Die Herausforderung bei diesem Zerspanungsprozess ist es, die Ausbildung randnaher thermisch induzierter wei\u00dfer Schichten (White Layer) und der mit ihnen einhergehenden, aus technischer Sicht nachteiligen Zugeigenspannungszust\u00e4nde zu vermeiden. Dagegen sind mechanisch induzierte wei\u00dfe Schichten, die mit Druckeigenspannungen einhergehen, zuzulassen, sodass durch das Regelungskonzept mehrere Zielgr\u00f6\u00dfen simultan adressiert werden, die in gegenseitiger Abh\u00e4ngigkeit zueinander stehen.\u00a0<\/p><p>Gegenstand der ersten F\u00f6rderphase ist die Konzeption eines geeigneten Softsensors, mit dem die w\u00e4hrend des Bearbeitungsprozesses auftretenden Charakteristika der Randschicht kontinuierlich erfasst werden. Der entwickelte Softsensor soll eine modular erweiterbare Struktur besitzen, mit der sowohl der Einbezug weiterer Sensorprinzipien als auch zus\u00e4tzlicher Informationen aus Simulationsroutinen erm\u00f6glicht wird.
