Bisher erfolgt jedoch keine gezielte Konditionierung der Randschicht. Deshalb soll am Beispiel des Drehens der Legierung EN AW-2017 eine Softsensorik erforscht und entwickelt werden, durch die Ver\u00e4nderungen der Randschicht infolge des Zerspanungsprozesses vorhersagbar sind. Mit dem Ziel der Einstellung einer definierten Dauerfestigkeit des Bauteils kann die Regelung der Prozesseingangsgr\u00f6\u00dfen in process erfolgen.<\/p><p>Zur In-process-Erfassung von Temperaturen in der Scherzone ist die Konzeption und Implementierung einer wirkstellennahen Sensorik vorgesehen, die den Seebeck-Effekt nutzt. Dazu wird die temperaturabh\u00e4ngige elektrische Spannung <em>U<\/em><sub>Th<\/sub> eines aus Werkzeug und Werkst\u00fcck bestehenden Thermoelements verwendet. Erg\u00e4nzend erfolgt die In-process-Messung der Komponenten der Zerspankraft zur Bestimmung des vorherrschenden thermomechanischen Lastkollektivs. Dieses beeinflusst ma\u00dfgeblich die Auspr\u00e4gung der Eigenspannungen und deren Tiefenverl\u00e4ufe. Die gezielte Erh\u00f6hung der Bauteildauerfestigkeit erfordert die Korrelation der In-process-Messgr\u00f6\u00dfen des Zerspanungsprozesses mit dem Randschichtzustand des Bauteils. Hierbei werden im Prozess ver\u00e4nderliche St\u00f6rgr\u00f6\u00dfen wie der Werkzeugverschlei\u00dfzustand (<em>VB<\/em>) ber\u00fccksichtigt. Die ermittelten Abh\u00e4ngigkeiten und funktionalen Zusammenh\u00e4nge bilden die mathematische Grundlage f\u00fcr die Erstellung des Softsensors.
