Zur Erweiterung des Prozessverst\u00e4ndnisses soll w\u00e4hrend des Bohrprozesses das thermomechanische Belastungskollektiv an den Wirkelementen des Werkzeugs ermittelt und analysiert werden. <br \/>Ein weiteres Ziel ist es, die Mechanismen der Eigenspannungsentstehung und Mikrostruktur\u00e4nderung beim BTA-Tiefbohren und die Randzonenbeeinflussung von austenitischen St\u00e4hlen auf mikrostruktureller Ebene zu verstehen, die Stabilit\u00e4t der Eigenspannungen und ihre Auswirkung auf die Bauteileigenschaften zu untersuchen und das quasistatische und zyklische Verformungsverhalten in Abh\u00e4ngigkeit von den induzierten Eigenspannungen zu charakterisieren. Zudem sollen etablierte Methoden der Eigenspannungsmessung auf Basis mikromagnetischer Sensorik (weiter-) entwickelt und experimentell validiert werden. <br \/>Das gewonnene Prozessverst\u00e4ndnis sowie die aufgenommenen und analysierten Messdaten bilden die Grundlage f\u00fcr eine FEM-Simulation zur Vorhersage der resultierenden Bohrungsrandzone in Abh\u00e4ngigkeit des Schneiden- und F\u00fchrungsleisteneingriffs.
