Durch lokale Krafteinwirkung kann bei dieser Werkstoffgruppe aus metastabilem Austenit Martensit erzeugt werden. Diesen Effekt gilt es zu nutzen, um bei der spanenden Bearbeitung Randzoneneigenschaften definiert einzustellen. Hierdurch ist es m\u00f6glich, Bauteile mit einem duktilen Werkstoffkern bei einer gleichzeitig harten Randschicht herzustellen.<br \/>Das prozesssichere Einstellen von Randzoneneigenschaften ist nur durch eine bauteilindividuelle Regelung der Fertigungsparameter m\u00f6glich. Hierzu soll eine auf der Wirbelstrommessung basierende, prozessbegleitende Softsensorik eingesetzt werden, welche das Bauteil w\u00e4hrend der Fertigung \u00fcberwacht und fertigungsbegleitend charakterisiert. Die so gewonnenen Daten werden mit prozessparallel erzeugten Simulationsdaten abgeglichen, um Abweichungen von den errechneten Fertigungsbedingungen zu detektieren.
