Die Grundlage der Modellierung bildet eine Datenbasis, die in einem L\u00e4ngs-Rundrehprozess verg\u00fcteter Werkst\u00fccke erstellt wird. Dabei werden die Prozessgr\u00f6\u00dfen Zerspanungskr\u00e4fte und Temperaturen an der Eingriffsstelle gemessen. Die Evaluierung der Randschichteigenschaften unter Einsatz der mikromagnetischen 3MA-Messtechnik muss anschlie\u00dfend in den Prozess integriert werden. Dazu ist eine aufw\u00e4ndige Kalibrierung unter Beachtung der ausgepr\u00e4gten Sensitivit\u00e4t des Systems auf Materialeigenschaften und \u2013Zust\u00e4nde notwendig. Auf dieser Basis wird ein datengetriebenes Modell des Zerspanprozesses mit den Methoden der Systemidentifikation erstellt, da eine analytische oder numerische Modellierung zu komplex und rechenintensiv ist. Die Auslegung des Softsensors stellt die zweite Modellierungsaufgabe dar \u2013 mit diesem werden basierend auf den Prozessgr\u00f6\u00dfen sowie den initialen Materialeigenschaften die Randschichtzust\u00e4nde pr\u00e4diziert. Dar\u00fcber hinaus soll auch der Werkzeugverschlei\u00df bei der Modellierung ber\u00fccksichtigt werden.
