Im Prozess sollen Modifikationen der Randzoneneigenschaften, Korngr\u00f6\u00dfenverteilung, Eigenspannungen und Phasenanteile \u00fcberwacht werden. In der ersten F\u00f6rderperiode wird eine verl\u00e4ssliche \u00dcberwachung realisiert, welche dann um eine Prozessregelung in der zweiten F\u00f6rderperiode erweitert werden soll.<br \/>Aufgrund eingeschr\u00e4nkter Zug\u00e4nglichkeit ist es nicht m\u00f6glich, im Drehprozess eine \u00dcberwachung der thermischen und mechanischen Zustandsgr\u00f6\u00dfen mit hoher Orts- und Zeitaufl\u00f6sung zu realisieren. Industrielle Sensorik, bspw. Dynamometer und Pyrometer, erlaubt allerdings eine punktuelle oder integrale \u00dcberwachung der Zustandsgr\u00f6\u00dfen. Im Rahmen des Projekts wird nun eine Korrelation zwischen diesen gering zeit- und ortsaufgel\u00f6sten Zustandsgr\u00f6\u00dfen und hochaufgel\u00f6sten Zustandsgr\u00f6\u00dfen in der gesamten Zerspanzone erarbeitet. Dieser Zusammenhang wird im orthogonalen Schnitt untersucht, welcher die Bedingungen des Drehprozess ann\u00e4hert und gleichzeitig eine Zug\u00e4nglichkeit f\u00fcr integrale sowie hoch orts- und zeitaufl\u00f6sende Sensorik zul\u00e4sst. \u00dcber die genaue Kenntnis des thermomechanischen Belastungskollektivs ist es mit Hilfe von numerischen oder analytischen Modellen nun m\u00f6glich, eine Modifikation der Randzoneneigenschaften zu bestimmen und
