class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\">\n\t\t\t\t<p>Das Teilprojekt \u201egezielte Oberfl\u00e4chenkonditionierung von 100Cr6 beim kryogenen Hartdrehen durch modellbasierte Prozessvorsteuerung und Prozessregelung\u201c wird gemeinschaftlich von den Lehrst\u00fchlen f\u00fcr Fertigungstechnik (FBK), Werkstoffkunde (WKK) und Messtechnik (MTS) der TU Kaiserlautern bearbeitet.<\/p><p>Der Fokus liegt dabei auf der Untersuchung und Modellierung der Wirkzusammenh\u00e4nge zwischen den Randschichtzust\u00e4nden H\u00e4rte, Werkstoffmikrostruktur, Eigenspannungen und den In-Prozess messbaren Zust\u00e4nden Temperatur, Mikrotopografie, Prozesskr\u00e4ften und Schwingungen. Nicht messbare aber f\u00fcr die Prozessregelung notwendige Zust\u00e4nde werden aus den erforschten Modellen durch messbare Zust\u00e4nde gesch\u00e4tzt (Softsensorik).<\/p><p>Der FBK \u00fcbernimmt die experimentelle Versuchsdurchf\u00fchrung des kryogenen Hartdrehens und entwickelt aus den Untersuchungen ein Modell, das die Prozess-Ergebnis-Wirkzusammenh\u00e4nge abbildet. Der WKK erforscht Zusammenh\u00e4nge zwischen Stell- und St\u00f6rgr\u00f6\u00dfen sowie den daraus resultierenden Werkstoff-\/ bzw. Randschichtzust\u00e4nden und unterst\u00fctzt die Modellierung. Der MTS entwickelt einen opto-pneumatischen Sensor zur robusten In-Prozess Geometrieerfassung sowie Algorithmen zur Sch\u00e4tzung der gesamten Temperaturverteilung im Werkst\u00fcck w\u00e4hrend des Fertigungsprozesses.<\/p><p>Aus den gemeinsamen Untersuchungen wird ein dynamisches Modell der Prozesszust\u00e4nde hergeleitet, welches die Beobachtung von In-Prozess nicht erfassbaren Zust\u00e4nden erm\u00f6glicht.
